This family winegrowing estate was created in 1978 by Jean-Louis and Evelyne Fougeray, due to the acquisition and tenant farming of vines in prestigious Burgundian names of the côte de nuits and la côte de beaune. It is into 1999 that Patrice Olivier the son-in-law, took over the management as well as the wine making of the Winegrowing estate. The vineyard extends today on 17 ha from Marsannay La Côte until Puligny-Montrachet, our last acquisition.
The tasted bottles are particularly delicious.  
There is this Marsannay Les Saint-Jacques red 2017, all in mouth, well scented (cherry, cinnamon), with very balanced tannins, both powerful and supple, of a beautiful finish, of excellent guard. The Marsannay Les Dessus des Longeroies 2017, with a powerful mouth, gives off a subtle nose dominated by the undergrowth, when this other red Marsannay Les Favières 2017, is also very typical, a warm and robust wine, of ruby color, with notes of blackberry and humus, rich and promising like this Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Golardes 2017, intense color, with lemon nuances, a dense wine, all in minerality, with elegant tannins.
Beautiful Gevrey-Chambertin Les Seuvrées 2017, with a nice, solid garnet colour, with an intense and subtle nose at the same time (cherry, humus), a robust and classic wine as we appreciate them.
You can also excite your taste buds with this Fixin Clos Marion red 2017, with silky and ample tannins, a wine that smells good red fruits and humus, classic, that you must know to wait for to enjoy its potential. The Fixin 2017, fleshy, powerful, with very structured tannins, with a nose dominated by ripe blackcurrant, violet and humus, with a spicy and persistent mouth, a wine that possesses powerful tannins and very fine at the same time, of a great balance.
There is still this white Marsannay Les Saint-Jacques 2017, with the nose of lime, fresh and supple mouth, the white Marsannay Coeur de Femme 2017, very fruity on the nose as in mouth, with nuances of peach and narcisse, very well balanced in the finish, and the Marsannay rosé Coeur de Femme 2018, well fruity, with characteristic strawberry notes. Nice red Burgundy cuvée Nature L 2017, of sustained color, with nose of macerated fruits and humus, of mouth both dense and round.
