A family winegrowing of wire father since 1692, 25 ha, composed of stony grounds argilo-limestones. It is today Denis Alary who directs this winegrowing to prunes human, whose vine grower spirit was always the base. The property is entirely on the commune of Cairanne, with 3 different soils which allow a subtlety in the assemblies according to the vintages. The wines are matured in the respect of the soil and the environment with cultivation methods very appropriate to nature, in conversion bio since 2009. Manual, tri grape harvest of the vintage to the vine and the cellar, de-stemming, punching of the cap. Maturing a part out of tanks and a part in the oval and puncheon… Superb white Cairanne L'Estevenas 2018, of pretty golden colour, with subtle shades of apple and dried fruit, of sweet mouth, an excellent wine combining finesse and structure, very harmonious. Also try the Cairanne rouge La Brunote 2016, a full-bodied, concentrated, very balanced wine with rich and tasty tannins at the same time, with black currant and pepper connotations. Just like the Cairanne rouge Tradition 2016, complex, dominated by macerated fruits, of a sustained purple colour, it is a rich and well balanced wine on the palate. We also recommend the red Gerbaude 2017, red garnet, the nose is expressive, with notes of red fruits, the mouth is smooth and round, to open now and our IGP Vaucluse feels an intense colour of dark red. The nose expresses fresh and intense aromas of small fruits, then notes of black liquorice in the finish.

A family estate of 10 ha. The family has been present on Séguret since the French revolution and cultivates the vine for this time. Christian Vœux, oenologist, is a man grown in the vineyard who has been the winemaker of Château Mont-Redon during 25 years. He becomes in charge of this vineyard in 2006 and he create the Domaine de l’Amauve, at the retirement of his parents. Today, the Domaine de l’Amauve is producing One White wine and 4 cuvées in red.. All here is done in harmony with nature and in the respect of the environment. The culture of the vine is traditional there with work of the ground and limitation of the treatments according to the rules of reasoned agriculture. The limitation of the yield is natural in the old vines, however, in order to ensure a better regularity, the vineyard has wild grass growing one row every two. In the young vines, the wild grass does not have a sufficient effect, also, the green harvest is practiced like method of selection of the bunches and control of the yield. Beautiful range of wines, typed, one starts with this CDR-Village Séguret red Laurances 2018, a wine complex and warm, intense and colorful, all in aromas (raspberry, liquorice...), of fleshy mouth. “For this 2018 vintage, the alternating grassing of the vineyard of the estate allowed the passage of the processing equipment despite the fact that the soils are soggy. On the palate, the CDR-Village Séguret blanc La Daurèle 2018, marked by its varietals Grenache blanc, Clairette, Viognier, Ugni blanc, all round, finely bouqueté with notes of hazelnut and heather, all in charm, of a great aromatic richness in the final, just like the CDR-Village Séguret rosé Le Rosé de Simone 2018, Grenache noir, Cinsault, Carignan, aged for a few months on lees, of beautiful shade, with notes of fresh fruit, Soft and bright at the same time, ideal on veal ribs with parmesane or soles studs. And finally the IGP Vaucluse red La Vigne de Louis 2018, Syrah and Grenache black, blending structure and roundness, a colorful and fleshy wine, with fine and supple tannins.
