Cédric Chignard took the responsability for this winegrowing of 8 ha since 2007 (4th generation). Her father, Michel, impassioned owner knew to transmit his values to him in order to let as well as possible express the soil according to each vintage, and mature large Fleurie as one should see some more often, that is wine where elegance is combined with a tannic presence good real. The grape harvest is manual, the traditional wine making by whole bunches, and the maturing is done out of tanks, tuns or barrels.
Superbe Fleurie Les Moriers 2016, which owes its centuries-old notoriety to a privileged soil, derived from the granite where it plunges its roots, which combines structure and charm, the persistent nose (blackcurrant, smoke...), of a sustained and brilliant robe, rich, intense mouth. The 2018 follows. As for Fleurie rouge cuvée Les 10 Coups 2015, it is a nice classic wine, frank and charming as we like them, of a very nice robe of a deep garnet, with aromas of red fruits with subtle smoky notes, a wine ample and warm, to be provided with, in particular, a cassolette of sweetbreads and veal kidneys with mustard or a rack of pork with prune rind.
Remarkable Beaujolais-Villages red Le Petit Impermanent 2015, which gives off a powerful and persistent nose of raspberry and black cherry, a harmonious wine. Nice Flowery cuvée Spéciale Vieilles Vignes 2014, robust and powerful palate, beautiful material, with strawberry notes of wood and spices, with rich tannins.
There is still its Juliénas Beauvernay 2013, plot located in steep terrain. The name Beauvernay comes from verne, a wild tree related to alder. Average age of the vines: 50 years, very stony soils of blue rocks and some volcanic rocks, aging in old lightning and small concrete vats..., all giving this wine tasty, intense color, rich and silky tannins, With the connotations of case- sis and pepper, excellent evolution.
