“This installation is the fruit of a passion cultivated since my earliest childhood,” says Éric Thill. My Alsatian origins influence my work in both the vineyard and the cellar. The use of plant protection products shall be reduced to the minimum necessary for the respect of the environment and human health. The grape harvest is manual, sorted by the parcel, collected in boxes directly transported from the vines to the cellar to avoid unnecessary crushing with grapes and thus respect its integrity.
At the vineyard, we make a lot of efforts to consume a minimum of fossil energy. The pruning, the trellising and especially the harvest are carried out only by hand. We reason each intervention to the plot. In season, we carry out several counts concerning the biodiversity present in our vineyards.

This is the main reason why our wines are single grape varieties: no blends. We offer you two wine ranges at the tasting:
- Fruity and floral wines through our Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard and pinot noir.
- Specialities from the Jura, including a Crémant for the holidays and of course our trademark Liqueur de Chardonnay!”
Their Côtes-du-Jura Préfleur 2015, from a Chardonnay vineyard aged 45 to 50 years, certified organic since 2015, has an undeniable charm, it smells good ripe fruits and dried berries, a wine slightly honeyed, of a beautiful length, all in aromas, very high.
You can discover other vintages like the Côtes-du-Jura Chardonnay Sur Montboucon 2016, Chardonnay du lieu-dit Sur Montboucon, the Côtes-du-Jura Chardonnay lieu-dit Les Grandes Vignes 2016, or the Chardonnay Liqueur, Vin de Liqueur, the design of this wine was done in October 2010, “we wanted to see what our marc 2009 (11 months of barrels) would give with a Chardonnay juice”, and it was quite successful.
